01. Terms and Conditions
By engaging Fix It Bali for villa maintenance and management services, you agree to the conditions outlined herein. Our services cover high-end pool filtration monitoring, tropical landscape architecture maintenance, and professional structural repairs. Commitment to Quality: We utilize industrial-grade equipment and eco-conscious chemicals tailored for the Bali environment. You agree to provide our teams with safe access to your property during scheduled hours. Fix It reserves the right to postpone services during extreme weather events to ensure staff safety and property integrity.
02. Refund Policy
We strive for complete satisfaction in every villa we manage. Refund eligibility is governed by the following strict notice periods to cover staff dispatching and logistics:
- 48h+ Cancellation: Eligible for a full refund or re-scheduling at no extra cost.
- 24h—48h Cancellation: 50% service credit applied for future maintenance.
- Under 24h Cancellation: Non-refundable as resources and specific tools have been allocated.
Proprietary parts or custom materials ordered for your villa are non-refundable once the shipping process has commenced. Subscription plans are billed monthly; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
03. Liability & Limitations
Notice of Exclusions: Fix It Bali accepts no liability for damages resulting from pre-existing structural issues, severe tropical weather, or unauthorized third-party repairs to specialized pool or electrical systems. While we provide premium management services, villa owners are responsible for maintaining insurance coverage for their property and valuable personal belongings.
